It was alright. Very unpredictable. People that did decent got it in; people who excelled did not get through the first round. The second round, which was a hackathon, was far better in terms of the experience it gave.
The interview was for 2nd-year undergraduates for shortlisting participants in the Code for Good hackathon. The candidate was given two chances to record answers for each of the two questions and upload them on the web platform with video and audio.
A hackathon was conducted, and participants who performed well received internship offers. It was a virtual hackathon where we created an app for an NGO that JP Morgan was tied up with.
