Great company, terrible management
Excellent building. Excellent company. Decent benefits. Excellent co-workers.
Really bad management staff. Terrible wastage of resources. Too many employees were placed under a single manager, and as a result, several of us Senior Developers had to step up and take up management roles/work.
Try to focus on an agile team. Use resources and developers better.
