1. untruthful and unfair in their annual reviews. If you have a good relationship (schmooze) with your boss and his boss, then you can do well. Otherwise, you will be out the door soon.

2. disregard the law and take advantage of the employee. Until 2022, there was not even partial reimbursement for our cell phones and laptops that we were using for company work. They were like parasites, even though Illinois law required reimbursement for technology items that we were using for work.

3. bureaucratic

Have some integrity! The company does not "walk the talk." It is an abusive company.
