It is the same work day to day, which is what I prefer. They provide learning and training opportunities to spice things up.
If you prefer flying by the seat of your pants as far as a company goes, this may not be for you. Bigger companies are like big ships; hard to turn in new directions. But there's opportunity to move to a different area of the company if you get bored.
