Intense work life
- Pay is pretty good, but not comparable to tech companies.
- Women empowerment: easy to grow for women in the company.
- Vacation days are great, even for a new joiner.
- Loads and loads of work, weekend work as well, sometimes. 8 hrs per day not enough.
- All proprietary software. Takes a while to get used to the working culture inside.
