JP Morgan is big. The benefits are great, the pay is great, and the services are great. But read the cons...
Again, JP Morgan is big, big.
Too many people running around trying to do too much.
It is hard to get things done.
Hard to get started and hard to communicate with fellow team members and internal groups.
There is little cross-team accountability.
What JP Morgan loves is meetings, meetings, and more meetings.
Let's have meetings to discuss the status on the last meeting, and let's have a meeting to schedule the next.
And let's include everyone in every email, so you'll have to read through 50-150 every day, lest you miss something critical.
Don't forget the stand-up meetings.
Overall, I was dissatisfied. When I raised concerns regarding requirements and others not fulfilling their deliverables, we scheduled a meeting, not addressed the issues.
Easier to push things out... but let's not change the deadline.....
Fewer meetings, more cross-team accountability. Oh, and schedules aren't king; productivity is.
I was connected with JP Morgan by an external recruiter. My first call was for a role on the Infrastructure Development team. The interviewer did not introduce himself, explain what his role was, or what his team did; he simply jumped into asking for
It was a process for one complete day. Many people were called at the same time, though they needed to hire only a few. Had to wait a long time for the written test, and when the test was done, had to wait even longer for results. I did not want to
Had 4 technical rounds: three rounds of technical discussions and one online coding test. The interview process was good, and I was asked all relevant questions related to my profile. The HR round was good, and I was offered a decent package. Looki
