Applied online and got invited to Code For Good. Did OA and got a call from the recruiter asking if I wanted to do this, and I agreed. Best way to interview since it is more fun and less stressful, in my opinion.

Coding interview first, through HackerRank, then recruiter and hiring manager rounds. The recruiter round was very subjective and based on the person, while with the hiring manager, I had to go into technical details and talk about system design.

It should be an initial 2-round interview, however, they increased the rounds even though the first and second rounds went well. They asked for an in-person interview when I had informed them that I couldn't come in person because of the COVID situat
