Muchas meetings y tiempo perdido, y después se trabaja con urgencia. Tecnologías obsoletas, código de mala calidad y con poco mantenimiento, mucha deuda técnica. Mucha exigencia laboral, con sueldo bajo en proporción. Exigen que se trabaje horas extras (que depende del área no pagan).
