Vacation time. I started with 4 weeks.
Onsite health care.
Working 2-3 weekends a month with no comp time. Poor salary increases. Bonus that doesn't seem tied in any way to performance.
When I started this job, working weekends was an anomaly. As cost-cutting continued, working weekends became expected with no form of comp time whatsoever. Chase is trying to do a lot more with fewer people, and my career started moving from software development to more system administration. No thanks.
Chase makes bold claims about their culture and how dedicated they are to work-life balance and retaining good people. That might have been the case before, but it certainly isn't the case now. Look at where things in the CIB are headed and make changes before you lose more good people.

Onsite interview for the final round. Average difficulty with four different interviewers. Technical questions and behavioral questions were asked. Freely chatted about interesting technology as well. The interview was smooth, and I had fun solving c
Interview consists of 3 rounds: 1. Coding round (which consists of two questions) 2. Technical round 1 3. Technical round 2 The interview was pretty decent, and the interviewer expected everything to be on point.
