Pros

You have a job. Be thankful. You have a great job. Wash, rinse, and repeat and repeat some more. You have a job.

Cons

You leave dumber than you came into the company (brain drain).

PMC/Performance Management is a joke. HR is a suicide prevention hotline. A new fire drill to contend with every day. Innovation is stifled. People are not accountable for their actions and got away with being shluffs.

WM, CCB, and CIB were the worst people to work with. When tempers flared, the CIO comes in on a chariot and calms the waters.

Extremely poor hiring practices. The wrong people are hired for jobs. The company would put employees in a position so they would leave and not have to pay severance.

You are just a standard ID. Run as fast as you can away from this place if you still work for it and don't look back.

Advice to Management

If it's not broken, then do not bother fixing it.
