Pros
  • Lots of freedom, managers don't micromanage much.
  • The facilities are gorgeous and they have a Starbucks, two cafeterias inside, and a small snack shop.
  • The experience working here looks great on a resume.
  • Great benefits; bonuses are nice, referral bonuses can happen, and there are many ways to benefit from working here.
  • Many positions require late-night calls because we work overseas. This can be exhausting and frustrating.
Cons

Work is boring and generally unfulfilling. I never feel like I matter here, and cubicle work gets depressing. It's a big company. If you like that kind of environment, you'll love Chase, but it feels too big to me.

Advice to Management

Communicate more often and be more blunt about expectations, deadlines, what you wish to see more of, etc.

Provide individual criticism to help employees understand what they can do better and how they can move up.
