Unless you are an Indian, don't bother with IT
The only positive I found was the commute. It is very convenient by train.
The IT culture at the Wilmington location is dominated by Indians. They were openly hostile to anyone who wasn't.
They do not believe in work-life balance and don't understand the business or care about customer service.
The technology is very old. They are still using VS2008, IE 8, and MS SQL Server 2000. As part of their upgrade plans, they are only coming up to 2010 level.
