Below average compensation. Worst politics by most managers. If you’re not the manager’s favorite, then switch away from JP asap. Long wait time for promotion (at least 6-7 years in JP) unless you are the manager’s favorite. Looooooong working hours (10-11 hours). Bunch of calls after 8 pm IST. Attendance is tracked as if we are in school/college. WFH for 1/2 days is also becoming difficult.
Please introduce skip-level meetings. Direct managers are behaving like gods.
