Pay, work culture, and infrastructure are good.
Slow growth, politics, and tech-stack are cons.
Got a call from a consultancy and scheduled an interview for JPMC. They scheduled the interview at 9:30 am. A written test was conducted immediately, one by one. After the written test, they will call for the technical round, then the manager round.
The interview was good. We worked on a project, and our mentors asked questions related to the project and some behavioral questions. It was a 24-hour hackathon, and we built a project in that time. We were evaluated based on our performance.
I attempted the online assessment for JPMorgan Chase but did not progress to the next round. It was a valuable learning experience that helped me identify areas for improvement and better prepare for future opportunities.
