After a few weeks of applying, I was emailed to complete a personality test that was fairly easy. Right after, I was sent an email to complete two coding challenge questions.

During one of my interviews, I immediately noticed the process was not welcoming. There was no proper greeting, and the interviewers seemed distant and uninterested. The lack of clear communication and guidance made me feel uncomfortable and underval
