I moved here in the middle of COVID. It was hard to meet my peers.
As this is a bank, security is an important aspect, so things that are easy to do in other places are more bureaucratic here.

Applied ML and AI Research
First, an online assessment (HireVue), followed by a single 45-minute Zoom interview on ML and AI. Finally, a Superday consisting of another four 45-minute interviews on ML, AI, probability, and game theory.

The interview process was very fast, and the final decision was taken based upon a 2-minute HR round. I was not so happy because all decisions came down to a 2-minute round.
