The office is okay and the pay is fine.
I hear some teams are great, like my last one. My current one, however, has a manager with very little actual or correct software experience. Furthermore, my product cares very little about developer time, leading to working long hours or weekends.

Straightforward, quick responses. Very fast response; I had two phone interviews, an assessment center, and two more interviews, one technical and one for communication skills. Very happy with the interview process, would recommend to anyone.
