In terms of working methods, they are quite outdated. It depends a lot on the boss you get, but in general they operate old-school, although there's an effort to modernize in various aspects. I insist, it depends as much on the boss as on the area and team you're assigned to.

Good opportunities for internal mobility, both within and outside the country. In the case of mobility outside the country, it takes time and being good at your job, but it's possible based on what I've been told.

Salary strictly in pesos. I know there are bonus options for higher seniorities, but in general it's just pesos. This was explained due to legal and tax reasons in the country, but I cannot confirm it.
