Lots of educational resources at your disposal. More leeway on how things are done in SWE than I thought for a big bank.
- Bureaucracy. Lots of it.
- You must show off to grow, so many people you must look for the spotlight. Doing good work in silence is not worth it.

Software Engineer
The process was long. Screening, videoconference interview, online exercise completion, in-person interview, and finally, the formal offer. After that, comes the entire background check process by another company.

Code for Good hackathon. I was invited from there. After the 24-hour hackathon, I received a call two weeks later saying that I was given an offer. Very easy, but just be a good participant at the hackathon.

I was asked to do a pymetrics, and then they sent me a HireVue a few days later. HireVue had no behavioral questions and only two technical questions. It was pretty easy. Just do LeetCode easy and medium questions, and you should be good.
