Amazing Team, Decent Pay
My team and manager are amazing. Your mileage may vary.
Pay is decent; it could be higher, but then again, it could always be higher.
A good mix of all ages, it seems like a good place to retire or a good place to start a career.
Got the return offer and will most likely take it.
The project was not super exciting. Different teams might not have good leadership and management. Some legacy code. Red tape. Not as tech forward/advanced as other companies (primarily when compared to FANG).
