Great for a stable life with low amounts of work and minimal expectations.
Very bureaucratic. Lots of red tape. Underpaid professionals. The system is designed in such a way that it is not encouraging of hard work. It is a great company to work for if you only want a steady paycheck, not if you are looking for growth.
