A decent place with an old culture
The pay is pretty good for Midwest COL, but forcing employees to return to the office is causing the bank to absolutely hemorrhage talent.
I've worked there for several years now, and I've seen periods of really, really bad WLB, followed by months where we're basically not doing much. YMMV depending on what team or group you're in.
We are forced to go to the office to meet with our teams... over Zoom... for the culture.
