Great career starting point, but lots of red tape.
Lots of opportunities to learn and a generally tech-forward working environment for a bank. You get to work on a variety of tech, none of which is super outdated, which allows you to gain a lot of different skills.
Red tape is pretty bad; it can take weeks to do simple changes. Team cultures vary wildly from super supportive to very chaotic and stressful.
