Recruiter screen. I had a video call with the recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. They explained it was early in the search, but I did not expect to be ghosted for months, especially when I tried following up to get a status

It was good. It was nice and interactive, with a few technical questions and hireview questions. It was nearly half an hour. I was nervous first, but later it went in a very nice way.
