The pay is above market average.
Constant expectations to work 50-60 hours a week.
Red tape upon red tape to get anything done.
No allowance for innovation, as everything must be standardized.
Dehumanizing experience.
Do not push your employees to their breaking point, only to pull back 5% to keep them in the job.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
Did the PyMetrics game assessment. It was a bunch of game tasks dealing with pressing buttons rapidly and determining how much of a risk one can take, etc. Very standard, and quite fun to play, gamer or not.
There were two rounds of shortlisting, followed by a 24-hour hackathon. The first was a coding test, consisting of 2 questions for 1.5 hours. The second round was a recorded interview, where one had to speak for a maximum of 2 minutes on a question
