The benefits are on the better side.
They really preach work-life balance, but it doesn't really exist if they need you to work. It really depends on the manager you work under on how well you like the environment. If you get a bad manager, and there seem to be more than there should be, your work life can be miserable. Also, if you are not from India, you will definitely be a minority in the IT department. It really makes you feel unwelcome when you hear a manager say, "I will only hire future candidates from India!"
You preach about having an awesome work/life balance, but maybe you should do more than just preach about it. Cramming your entire IT department into an area where you have to share desks is a little absurd, but I get it. You only earned 12.6 billion the first quarter, so corners must be cut.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
There are four questions in HackerRank; two of them are typical LeetCode questions, and two others are database-related. The process took about 90 minutes, and because I'm not specialized in data science, I failed completely.
Online coding test followed by a phone screen. The interviewer turned up late to the phone screen and seemed completely uninterested throughout. The phone screen included some basic rapid-fire questions and some short coding questions.
