Good benefits, decent pay, autonomy.
Long hours Poor work-life balance
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
I applied to J.P.M. online. The process starts with an online assessment. I was asked to do some easy-medium LeetCode questions within 1-1.5 hours (forgot exact time limit). The process did not move on.
It’s just the type of interview where they rush through it, ask random, meaningless behavioral questions, ask you to code something pointless, and then don’t really follow up with anything.
