A great place to start a career; early talent hirings are better in quality on average. There is a genuine effort to improve tech and processes. People are caring and helpful. There's not much pressure of work.
Horrible talent, especially in experienced people. The hiring bar is extremely low in non-early talent programs. People with years of experience can barely think/code, but they are nice people. You would have nothing but to feel good about them.
Pay is low; other benefits are okayish.
