Did an online Pymetric test, which had fun little games challenging the way you think. Once you pass, you do a video interview. This consists of two questions and a coding test.

I applied online. The interview process took 1 week: * Pymetrics test * Online coding test + explanation * 2 rounds of behavioral/motivational interviews with engineers. * Offered a position within 1 week.

While we don’t recommend having a canned response for every interview question (in fact, please don’t), we do recommend spending some time getting comfortable with what you might be asked, what hiring managers are really looking for in your responses
