I was interviewed virtually by the VP and an Associate SE for a Python-UI role. The interview started with some behavioral questions first and some questions on my CV. For the technical second part, I was asked a bunch of fact-based Python question
Got a final round interview through the Code for Good program. HR was friendly, the interviewer was okay. I answered all questions fine, but still didn't get the job. So, I'm not too sure what the selection criteria is.
It was very hard to clear the first round initially, but when I got through the first round, in the second round the interviewer was very sweet and not intimidating, which made it better.
