Internal mobility is very easy to do, and you can find a plethora of teams and projects to work on.
Some teams don't provide proper development work, just using BI tools as a Software Engineer I. Lots of disorganization. Be careful of what team you are on.
This was in late 2020 (all virtual) for their growing cloud division in Seattle, WA. The first interview was a single technical interview. I had a video call with an engineer and completed a question with code sharing. The final round virtual onsit
It was easy. Some basic data structures and algorithms questions. They delved deeper into personal things, projects, etc. It depends a lot on the team. Another team asked very complex things for the position (a trainee position), but mine, in general
The assessment center contains three rounds. The first round is just some basic technical questions. The second round is a teamwork exercise, which I did not perform well. The third is typical competency questions.
