Pros

Great team members and coworkers. Not all of them, but many of them are wonderful. The company's benefits and learning opportunities are great. The company itself, in theory, is wonderful.

Cons

There is a strong culture of hiding and hoarding information, which makes getting things done difficult. I think many people here want to secure their jobs by being the SME of work that could be delegated and completed in a few weeks instead of a full year or two. Management is made up of people like that, who like to milk the company, and they manipulate their staff this way too.

Advice to Management

This is advice for people above management: You really need to be paying attention to what's going on with your staff.

They are hiring their friends who are less qualified and don't actually care about getting work done, nor about sharing information or writing code in a way that is reusable.

They've fired many valuable team members in order to have a troupe of yes-men. There is some major prejudice going on too.
