Great team members and coworkers. Not all of them, but many of them are wonderful. The company's benefits and learning opportunities are great. The company itself, in theory, is wonderful.
There is a strong culture of hiding and hoarding information, which makes getting things done difficult. I think many people here want to secure their jobs by being the SME of work that could be delegated and completed in a few weeks instead of a full year or two. Management is made up of people like that, who like to milk the company, and they manipulate their staff this way too.
This is advice for people above management: You really need to be paying attention to what's going on with your staff.
