Easy to get advice. Managers, mentors, and advisors are generally accessible. Tons of collaboration. Access to a lot of learning resources for new technologies.
Some days can be over-packed.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
The process was quick and professional. The interview was scheduled, and it started within a couple of days. However, due to audio issues on the interviewer's side, it was hard to understand. We went through it, and I answered their questions.
Went through the contractors. The final tech round with JPMC had algorithm questions. I did not expect algorithms in the final tech interview, and they wanted me to solve them in front of them. I felt very uneasy. I would say it's a cruelty.
