The Code for Good Hackathon process involves observing participants over the course of the hackathon. It's a pretty holistic review and very low pressure. It felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Multiple stages. The initial coding test involved solving a problem and then recording a short video explaining the thought process. After that, stage 1 was a virtual interview involving two separate technical and general rounds of questions.

I was emailed a Hirevue that consisted of two coding challenges and video questions. In the video questions, I had to explain my approach to solving the problems. Afterwards, I received no response.
