Great job security, work-life balance, interesting work, and an important company with a good brand name. Also, this office has free snacks and discounted lunch.
I hear full-time engineers here don't get paid too well. Worst of all, we are not allowed to day trade or anything like that; we have very restricted investing. Too many meetings.
