The people are generally a pleasure to work with, and my managers have always respected my work-life balance. I've found the overall experience to be positive since JPMC has given me the resources and time to pursue my life outside of my career.
Compensation is lower than at competing firms for my role, and they aren't as tech-forward as you would find in actual technology companies, but this is to be expected.
Smooth and very efficient. Had two rounds of interview. First round was a basic coding test. Second was basics of Java, SQL, and Python. Another one was mostly on the same lines, and the third one was an HR round.
First is an online coding assessment. If you make it through that, your second interview will be with two employers for a behavioral and technical interview in a Zoom meeting.
The interviewer was friendly and tried to get as much as he can out of me in that 40-minute interview, covering various areas like Java, OOPS, data structures, SDLC, etc.
