Depending on the team, you can work from home. Great Software Engineer program for two years to learn. My manager is fantastic, but there are horror stories for others. Free coffee and tea.
Pay for software engineers is way below average. (I know money isn't everything, but they are way below average.)
Old technologies and very boring.
Looks like a bunch of old people where everyone hates their life.
Very cheap company when it comes to snacks, etc.
Salary raise or people will just take the brand name and leave.
