Good and friendly environment.
Latest technologies.
No cons as of 6 months' experience. I see I have good exposure to a good tech stack.
4 technical interviews over Zoom. All of the questions in the interview were straightforward. The coding problems were moderately difficult. The interviewers were nice and charismatic. Overall, a good experience.
I only got to the prescreening process, I guess. It starts out with a pymetrics test, which is basically a bunch of small mind games. Then they had me do a coding interview, which was fairly easy, and I passed quite under the 2.5-hour time limit. Des
Two interviews back-to-back over Zoom. Was asked a lot of theory on Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, and microservices. No coding questions, but very technical. 30 minutes each interview. Pretty straightforward stuff, no trickery.
