The company has a good culture. They give you time to grow. Work-life balance before COVID was good, but since then, it's been a little demanding.
Not the most cutting-edge technology. The average team is too small.
Stop handing so many initiatives and expecting them not to interfere with current initiatives. We already have to be developers, business analysts, DevOps, and anything else our small teams need.
