Very nice offices and a nice campus.
Leadership/management.
Terrible onboarding process. I remember my first day; they kept me waiting in the lobby for 3 hours because my manager was busy taking calls.
He finally sent someone else on the team to come get me. There was no onboarding/welcoming to the team.
I got there and was thrown into the job.
Please get rid of the "open seat" policy.
One managerial interview followed by two technical interviews. All were video interviews but not very difficult. Interview questions focused on the position's tech stack, such as Spring, Java, JPA, and so on. As long as your resume is accurate and yo
Interviewer was very, very rude and hurried. This company set up an interview with me via Zoom three times. Two out of the three times, they no-showed for the virtual interview.
Two 45-ish minute interviews: a behavioral and a technical interview. The behavioral had a lot of diversity-based questions, and the technical interview consisted of some coding questions related to Python and object-oriented programming.
