Too much red tape
Decent pay and benefits. Free coffee (doesn't taste great).
Not enough diversity (don't assume I mean any particular race). Too many contractors. Very little ambition. Too many employees, very inefficient.
Increase your diversity. Reduce the red tape. Make developing software fun. Stop killing the passion.
