Pros

Benefits are good, and depending on the team, there's a decent work-life balance.

Cons

Experience is very team-dependent and can get caught not learning or growing if stuck on a poor project. The hybrid-work model being mandatory seems pointless because you will come into the office just to hop on the same Zoom calls you can do remotely.

Sometimes, it feels very slow-moving and stagnant. The pay raise for the year was also below inflation metrics.

Advice to Management

Be honest about what functionality hybrid work brings to each sector and position, and if the position can be done remotely.

Be better with pay raises and bonuses. Working on these two will incentivize talent to stay.
