Terrible Culture, Processes, and Pay
I was able to have a higher base salary than my peers at my job level because I was able to get approval from the business line CEO.
Returning to the office is brutal. You sit in the office to have Zoom meetings all day. The culture is corporate and fake. The talent level of employees is lower than other places I've worked. So many processes and red tape. Meetings for no reason. No one gets anything done. Pay is low.
I left after a few months. I don't think this place can improve.
