Solid new-grad pay. Good work environment (depending on team).
Everything depends on the team you're on.
Pay is not as competitive as other companies.
Face to face, it all started with a direct, practical question regarding a scenario. Then there were some more in-depth questions on the technical aspects, and what was interesting was that there were very good scenario-based questions.
It was a good experience. The interviewers were very friendly. The questions were not of very high level; just basics were asked. Topics asked were DBMS, DS, and your projects.
The interview was quite laid back and even pleasant. I really enjoyed the recruitment process. It was part of a recruitment event they had. There was a pseudocode part, a short test on combinatorics, as well as a part with general questions.
