Organized internship, great manager, fun people.
Slightly too easy work, no sick days.
I took an online assessment that consisted of two LeetCode Easy type questions. Nothing too complicated. I got a perfect score on both but didn't move forward after resume screening.
I was given a coding challenge, which was broken up into two parts. First, you had a time limit to complete a set of Leetcode-esque programming problems. Following completion of the problems, you had to explain your process to arrive at a solution.
It was like a typical JPMC interview, one that you generally see on the website. The first round was technical, and the second round was more design-oriented, although the work doesn't need you to design even a toy car.
