The teams are incredible, and we get to work on exciting projects together. We work hard, get a lot done, and have fun doing it. JPMC is a respected company you can be proud to work for.
By necessity, security is taken extremely seriously at JPMC. Sometimes it is difficult or impossible to get access to software. It’s completely understandable, and you get used to it. Most employees have to work in the office 60% of the time.
Lighten up on the in-office requirements. I spend my day in Zoom meetings with colleagues in other cities and could be just as effective at home, or from other locations.
