JPMC uses a variety of very obsolete technologies, with massive layoffs for the past 2 years. Virtual meetings take up to 50% of time daily. Process overhead is tremendous, with a lot of paperwork and hollow meetings. There are too many town halls and cynical speeches about good and great.
