Because it is very structured, there is quite a bit of bureaucracy and processes, which did not bother me. But the rigidity of certain concepts, such as formal attire and in-person work, may not please some people.

Software Engineer
The first part of the interview was two difficult coding questions, which I didn't complete. The second part is the video call. I haven't gotten to that part yet, but I will update.

They sent the Pymetrics link. After I submitted, I received a link for a coding assessment and video interviews. They gave me 1-2 weeks to complete it. I could take it in the morning, afternoon, or at night.
