Always busy with something, you won't be idle here.
Some room for growth and up-skilling.
Very siloed here, so it is hard to expand your skillset sometimes.
Reorgs and RIFs are common.
First, a take-home coding question with a time limit. LeetCode easy, I think. After that, a three-hour session. The people I spoke to were not really talking with me and only asking minimal questions, expecting me to fill up the rest of the time talk
1st round: Technical and resume round. Discussed C++, Java, and OOP concepts. 2nd round: Business problem statement round. Had to make a technical business model for a website selling financial products.
Had a total of six rounds of interview. First one was a telephonic screening, and later face-to-face interviews were at their office. Difficulty level was average. Was asked about my past work experience.
