Agile
Lot of red tape. Lot of focus on internal networking.
Starts off with Hirevue. They ask 2-3 coding questions. Right after coding, you have to record yourself explaining the code. Then, after a couple of days, they will email you if they want to pursue another interview or not.
Coding round followed by an interview. The final round is their 24-hour Code for Good Hackathon where you're made into teams and asked to work on a solution with a partnering NGO.
I had an OA, then a HireVue. Three weeks later, they asked for my transcript, and then, about 4 months later, I got a rejection. Pretty standard for tech internships, I guess.
